From the Hicksville, New York playgrounds to the front office of the Los Angeles Lakers, former NBA star Mitch Kupchak has enjoyed a storied career during which he played on three world championship teams. During his fifth and final season in the Nation’s Capital, Kupchak wore this Washington Bullets road jersey. With twill identifiers and proper “Rawlings” tagging, this one is an absolute classic! Heavy wear is evident. Accompanying is an LOA from former Bullets employee Craig Bernstein. More on our website.
The blue knit pullover garment features a red-and-white horizontal stripe pattern on the upper front and “bullets” sewn across the chest in solid blue angled twill characters. In red-on-blue-on-white twill, “25” is sewn to the front and back, while “KUPCHAK” is arched on a nameplate atop the back number in solid white block-style twill characters. White trim lines the sides, while the vented right front tail is home to a “Rawlings” size “42” label and an additional tag with a “4” LONGER” designator. Terrific game wear is evident with minimal color fading, puckering about the twill components and evidence of a number change on the back.
