Description

Detailed description on website.

A career minor leaguer as a player and bullpen coach during his subsequent tenure as a mentor, Ramon Henderson was the guy sluggers wanted on the mound as they vied for Home Run Derby championships. These (2) jerseys were worn and autographed by Henderson during the 2006 regular season and All-Star festivities, respectively. Includes:

Ramon Henderson 2006 Philadelphia Phillies Signed Game-Worn Batting Practice Jersey: a red micromesh button-down garment with “Phillies” embroidered top a white twill plate in red scrip-style characters with blue five-point stars dotting the “i’s.” In solid white twill, “31” is sewn to the back and “HENERSON” is arched on a nameplate just above. On the “1,” Henderson has signed in blue marker (“8” strength). An MLB silhouette logo is sewn atop the back, while the right sleeve is home to a 2006 “All-Star Series” patch. An applique “Majestic” label resides on the left front tail. The left side seam features a size “50” tag and the left side seam[‘s interior is home to a fabric content tag with a “0065” gamer code. Light wear.

Ramon Henderson 2006 Home Run Derby Signed Game-Worn National League Jersey: a yellow micromesh pullover garment with “NATIONAL” arched across the chest in black-on-white-on-red twill, “31” sewn to the back in black-on-red twill and “HENDERSON” arched atop the number in solid black twill. Executed vertically on the “1,” Henderson’s silver marker signature projects (“6”) strength and clarity. The base of the neck is home to an MLB silhouette logo, while a 2006 All-Star Game logo patch is sewn to the left sleeve. Black piping lines the one-button collar, while black-and-red trim lines the sleeve endings. A “Majestic” applique label resides on the left front tail, while the left side seam features a size “42” tag. Within the left side seam, a fabric content tag has a “0068” gamer code.” Appropriate single event wear is evident. Having pitched to Home Run Derby champion Bobby Abreu in 2005, Henderson was a hot commodity in 2006. He pitched to yet another champion (Ryan Howard) that year and was requested by both Miguel Tejada and Davis Ortiz.
