Description



At 21, Patterson became the youngest heavyweight champion in history with his 5th-round KO of Archie Moore. This National Boxing Association certificate (8-1/2 x 11", EX/EX-MT) was presented to Patterson and reads, "The National Boxing Association awards this Certificate emblematic of the Heavyweight Championship of the World to Floyd Patterson in recognition of his victory over Archie Moore at Chicago on Nov. 30 1956." Signed LOA from Janet Patterson.
